Schedule ‘A’ Part I “BUILDING/STRUCTURES ” Design and construction of Pre Engineered Building (PEB) steel structure with RCC M-30 foundation for SUN SHED of size 20m x 25m and minimum clear height 8.0m with pre painted galvalume sheet roofing 0.5mm thick (Hipped roof) complete all as specified and as shown in approved Architectural drawing / Approved structural drawing. Notes:- 1. The contractor shall submit Architectural drawing & structural design of the building under Sch 'A' part I (prepared based on details given in tender documents) duly vetted by any IIT / NIT or any Govt engineering college within the time limit shown in schedule 'A' notes. 2. The sun shed (PEB structure) shall be made by encasing the existing entry control point, which has an approximate length of 17.0m and a height of 6.5m, at AF Station Suryalanka. The width of sunshed (20m) shall be parallel to the lengthwise side of existing existing entry control point) 3. The design shall be based on SBC 9.30 T/SQM at a depth of 1.5m. 4.The contractor shall visit the site (AF station Suryulanka) with prior permission, before quoting / preparation of design. The contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever arised due to non-visit of site at a later stage.

Supply, installation and testing of 30 kVA silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms including foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.
