Applying two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian paints Appcolite Hi-gloss enamel / Berger Luxol Hi-gloss enamel) , 1st quality, colour, shade on previously painted surfaces of Lighthouse tower & buildings to give an even shade over a coat of primer wherever necessary includinig cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, scrapping, remove loose matter and sand papering, apply putty where ever necessary at all heights all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, bosum chair, and safety measures, clearing of honey bee nests and all other charges etc., complete.

a) for outside surfaces of Lighthouse tower at all heights

b) wood and wooden surfaces for allied buildings/LH tower at all heights

c) Metal surfaces for allied buildings/for Lighthouse tower at all heights including a coat of steel primer

a) Acrylic emulsion paint for interior surfaces of Lighthouse tower at all heights walls & ceiling.

b) Acrylic emulsion paint for interior wall surfaces of IQ, Office room & Recreation room.

c) Distempering with oil bound washable distemper/acrylic distemper two or more coats over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer for inside wall and ceiling surfaces of staff quarters, IQ, PH building, HLK, NA-II twin qtr, LHA twin qtr & Driver Qtr.

d) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm on existing acrylic paint surface for outside staff quarters and compound wall.

a) French spirit polishing One or more coats on old work should give the good look on wooden surfaces for LH tower hand railing and as including fill the gaps with wood putty, scrapping, cleaning, polishing all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

b) Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture for Old work should give the good look on wooden furniture surfaces and as including fill the gaps with wood putty, scrapping, cleaning, polishing after repairing of wooden legs including nails & screws all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

c) Replacement with providing & fixing 12mm thick new marine plywood sheets in existing wooden cot of good shape & size of approved 1st quality fixed in position and as directed with all required fitting & fixtures including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

d) Replacement with new Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer of approved manufacture conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws and Providing and ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : including priming coat on unexposed surface, Removal of damaged plywood with aluminium/wood beading & replace with new with all required fitting & fixtures including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.(for wooden almarih)

e) Replacement with new providing & fixing of PVC wire mesh of good quality for dining chairs and the charges it includes removal of damaged wire mesh, cleaning, provide & laying of good quality of wire mesh including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Re-Polishing for existing mosaic flooring & skirting, steps and landing for interior surfaces of LH tower at all heights should be looks good. The charges it includes clean the surface, rectify the damaged portion & match the floor surfaces, polishing upto good look, cleaning, all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete. (for LH tower, IQ & Power house)

a) Replacement with new Providing and fixing hand rail of 2" dia "C" class G.I. pipes red band complete with G.I. fittings and clamps of approved brand (Tata/Jindal) 1st quality as per IS 1239/3589 by welding etc.at all heights of Lighthouse tower for steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. I/C cutting, threading and making good the walls etc., including fittings and fixtures like bend,tee, union,nipple etc., for Internal and Exposed on wall and as directed including cost of all materials, labour,removal/dismantle of existing damaged hand rail, cutting holes for masonry/concrete surfaces, fabrication, welding, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete. (for hand railing at top slab of LH tower top)

b) Replacement with new Providing and fixing hand rail of 1" dia "C" class G.I. pipes red band complete with G.I. fittings and clamps of approved brand (Tata/Jindal) 1st quality as per IS 1239/3589 by welding etc. at all heights of Lighthouse tower for steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. I/C cutting, threading and making good the walls etc., including fittings and fixtures like bend,tee, union,nipple etc., for Internal and Exposed on wall and as directed including cost of all materials, labour, removal/dismantle of existing damaged hand rail, cutting holes for masonry/concrete surfaces, fabrication, welding, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete. (for hand railing at outside alround middle balcony and 1st & 3rd balcony for LH tower)

Dismantling/Demolishing of

a) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. (kitchen platforms & selves for driver qtrs.)

b) Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(kitchen platform partitions, garden tap pedestals & outside entrance side walls)

c) Dismantling tile work in floors and skirting laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm for floors, dado at all heights of outside Lighthouse tower balconies and staff qtrs. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(For LH tower and staff qtrs.)

a) Providing and laying of Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth for walls etc.,at all hights of Ist quality of approved as per I.G. 1977 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. (Garden tap pedestals & outside entrance side walls and extension of steps)

b) Providing and laying of half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.(for kitchen platform partition in Driver qtr.)

a) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for - All works up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials,machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with needle & flat vibrator,curing, shuttering, etc. complete.

b) Replacement with providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level for Lighthouse tower ouside balcony perapet wall (circular) & pedestals for GI handrail at top slab at all heights after dismantling of existing damaged perapet wall as per directed and as where ever necessary, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with adding of FOSROC plasticiser admixture and dosage as per manufaturer specifications, provide & fixing of 25mm dia PVC pipe 6Kg/cm2 (make Supreme/Sudhakar/Finolex) for drain the rain water @ 2.0m c/c intervals before castng of concrete all as per drawing, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. c) Replacement with providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level for OHWT steps for side 50mm thick perapet wall (spiral shape) at all heights after dismantling of existing damaged perapet wall as per directed and as where ever necessary, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm or 12.5mm nominal size as directed at site) with adding of FOSROC plasticiser admixture and dosage as per manufaturer specifications all as per drawing, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.( for OHWT steps for side perapet wall at all heights )

d) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with adding of FOSROC plasticiser admixture and dosage as per manufaturer specifications all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc., complete.( for platforms & pre cast shelves)

e) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level for OHWT & Lighthouse tower at all heights and staff quarters.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, etc. complete.

a) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls & ceiling for Lighthouse tower at all heights & staff quarters complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including adding of waterproofing material and doasage as per manufaturer specifications all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, mixing, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. (for Lighthouse tower at all heights including top slab and staff quarters)

b) Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in 'V' section , cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours,curing, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (for Lighthouse tower plinth and Compound wall)

c) Providing and laying of 15 mm cement plastering in CM (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix for staff quarters where ever necessary after including raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as directed including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours, curing, scaffoldings, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

d) Providing and laying of 12 mm cement plaster mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for OHWT & Lighthouse tower at all heights where ever necessary after including raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as directed including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours, curing, scaffoldings, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.(for OHWT & Lighthouse tower outside at all heights)

a) Replacement with Providing & laying vitrified floor tiles of Size 600x600 mm for flooring/skirting where ever necessary for Lighthouse tower at plinth for flooring & skirting same of exististing tiles where ever necessary (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (Johnson's/ Kajaria), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete after removal of damaged existing flooring/skirting for tiles as directed and as including hacking/pointing all as per standard specifications,including cost of all labour, materials, curing,tools and plants etc. complete.(for Lighthouse tower plinth work)

b) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed anti skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm where ever necessary for outside balcony of Lighthouse tower work at all heights (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours (Johnson's/ Kajaria) such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete after removal/dismantling of existing damaged mosaic floors/skirting, hacking/pointing, cleaning the surface, and all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, curing, tools and plants etc. complete.(Balconies at outerside of Lighthouse tower at all heights)

c) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed anti skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm where ever necessary for staff quarters toilet & steps work (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Johnson's/ Kajaria) in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete after removal/dismantle of existing damaged tiles & IPS for floors/skirting and all as per standard specifications, and including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.

d) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles for dado where ever necessary at bath rooms & kitchen walls conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved (Johnson's/ Kajaria) by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete after removal/Dismantling of existing damaged tiles for dado and as including hacking/pointing & cleaning the surface all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.

e) Providing and fixing Granite 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size and approved shade & colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm all as per standard specifications, and including cost of all labour, materials,tools and plants etc. complete.

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in masonry/concrete walls including making good the same with C.C. 1:2:4 for staff quarters where ever necessary including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.(for staff quarters)

Repairing of wood work for

a) Repair and replacement of damaged wooden window for both frame & shutter of damaged wooden parts by replacing the same with 2nd class teak wooden good quality of approved make for at all heights of Lighthouse tower. The charges it include Removing of window either shutter/frame or both if necessary, remove/cutting the damaged wood part for window frame/shutter and replace same with new 2nd class teak wooden work and refix the window after repairing, apply wood putty, scrapping, cleaning, grouting with C.C.1:3:6 if necessary for frames fixed into the wall etc. The approximate quantity of wooden work considered for frame is 0.006 cum, shutter is 0.25sqm per 1No. all as directed standard specifications and including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants, safety arrangements etc. complete.( Door/Windows repairing for lighthouse tower at all heights)

b) Repairs to Doors/Windows/CB frames & shutters including Fittings & fixtures for free movement and replace the damaged wood by 2nd class teak wood upto 0.0040 cum/1No, apply wood putty where ever necessary, papering for smooth finish all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, etc. complete. (Replacement of fittings & fixtures are not included in this item and considered seperately)

c) Renewing glass panes for doors & windows with 1st class teak wood beading wherever necessary fixing Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm in position after removing broken/damaged glass panes and disposal of all debris etc. for Staff quarters and Lighthouse tower at all heights as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.(make Saint Gobain/AIS/Pilkington))

d) Replacement with new Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood beading of size 15x15 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The charges it includes removal of damaged wooden beading and replace with new without any damaging the Door/Window for Lighthouse tower at all heights all as directed, standard specification and asd including cost of all labour, material, tools & plants, and other charges etc. complete.(for Lighthouse tower)

e) Replacement of damaged flyproof mesh by providing & fixing of new Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading for existing fly proof shutters all fixed in position including removal of damaged flyproof mesh & replace as specified above without damaging the shutter all as directed and as standard specifications including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. (for staff quarters)

a) Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length . Second class teak wood can be provided where ever necessary and as including apply wood putty, scrapping, cleaning, should be good finish and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete ( frames for flyproof door/window shutters as per requirement at site only )

b) Providing and fixing of Second class teak wood for 25mm thick fly proof door shutters same as existing of staff quarters with Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges 100mm -6Nos, bright finished door stopper 2Nos. of required size with necessary screws, heavy Duty Aluminium 250x10mm tower bolt-4 Nos. Aluminium 100mm handles-2 Nos and 300mm al. aldrop-1No. fixing into the frame without gaps and all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all materials, labours, necessary screws tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(for staff quarters front & rear doors as directed )

c) Providing and fixing of Second class teak wood for 25mm thick fly proof window shutters same as existing of staff quarters with Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges-6Nos, 100mm thick wooden door stopper 2Nos. with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, heavy Duty Aluminium 150x10mm tower bolt-4 Nos. Aluminium 100mm handles-2 Nos fixing into the frame without gaps and all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all materials, labours, necessary screws tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(for staff quarters windows as directed)

Replacement with new by Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes as per directed and where ever necessary of approved brand ( Supreme/Finolex), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, removal of pipes and all other charges etc. complete.

a) Replacement with new Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231 of approved brand (Perryware/Hindware), with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid after dismantling of old damaged/deteriorated water closet with flushing cistern of complete fittings & fixtures all as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.

b) Replacement with new by Providing and fixing 10 litre capacity P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls wherever required after dismantling of old damaged/deteriorated flushing cistern of complete fittings & fixtures all as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.

c) Replacement with new Providing and fixing 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 of approved brand (Make Zesta/Prestige/ Crocodile) with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, hard PVC waste pipe 1.20m length including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required Kitchen sink without drain board after removal of old deteriorated/damaged sink and make good finish after replace all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.

d) Replacement with new Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P.Brass piller tap, 15mm stop cock, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality (Make perryware/Hindware), hard PVC waste pipe 1.20m length including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required after removal of old damaged/deteriorated wash basin of complete fittings & fixtures all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.
