(a) Taking down carefully and repair to cooling system and replacement of radiator assembly with frame , hose pipe with clips and refitting to the original position and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (b) Checking of complete wiring with replacement of ignition switch, head light bulbs-02 Nos, side light assy with bulbs-02 Nos, tail light assy with bulbs-02 Nos and testing complete. (c) Repair and servicing to the alternator including replacement of cut out 24 watts and carbon brush set, bushing, bearing and testing complete. (d) Taking down carefully and repair to hydraulic system including replacement of hydraulic control valves, gear control rod, oil seal 2 Nos, hydraulic oil 15 Ltrs, hydraulic hose with clamps 2 Nos, ‘O’ ring 02 Nos, flange split 02 Nos, plate 01 No, pin 01 No, brake 2 Nos, union 01 No, bend 02 Nos and bleeder hose 01 No and refitting and testing complete. (e) Repair and servicing to the self starter including replacement of solenoid switch, clutch hub, self starter armature, armature carbon brush set, bushing, bearing and testing complete. (f) Complete servicing and greasing to the vehicle. (g) Replacement of old damaged seats, top rexin with new one incl wooden works, foams, rexin etc inside cabin all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) M & L for writing the vehicle BA No & Formation Name with the help of radium sticker complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge Note:- (a) All material, labor and T & P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) Old retrieved material shall be contractor property.
