Providing of all materials, Carting , laying & jointing fixing and testing of G.I screwed pipe with specials in trenches (including cost of jointing materials like white lead, hemp and oil etc.) testing of pipe (Medium quality) in trenches with cutting, threading including testing of pipe samples etc complete. CWR (M-20) of following capacities ( in kilolitres ) withM.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank,M.S.M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder ,M.S.M.H. cover, with steel shuttering etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex) enamel paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MTM2.The Cost of CWRs of corresponding capacities has been given in Rupees

CARTAGE

Cartage of pipe and special, cement and steel from Rail Head to site of work and local cartage complete for works related to production of water.

Road Reinstating (P.C.C.)

Construction of Un-reinforced , Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, (Restoration of Road for pipe laying work). maximum size od coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges. steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes , compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.
