Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240,etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, etc with ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long, diameter of neck exc 12 but n exc 20 mm,etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer

M&L for cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) in edges of path, rounded or chamfered on edges etc

Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 50m and n.exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply and planting of Carpet Grass (Mexican Grass) with necessary ground preparation including developing the lawn diggiing up to 30cm deep and filling with red earth to a depth of 15 cm at bottom and 15 cm thick sand on top layer mixed with cow dung manure, pesticides & fungicides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and planting of hedges of height 30 cm and above, flower / plant of approved sapling species, 06 plants per running metre, including necessary ground preparation and developing of earth pit of size 45cm x 45cm, filling with farmyard manure, pesticides & Fungicides to the required quantity and quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and planting the following including excavation of pits of size 0.45m X 0.45m X 0.45m, filling the pits with prepared soil-manure mix (1 parts sludge with 2 parts red earth) and necessary nutrients, flooding with water, returning, filling in soil and removal of rubbish and surplus soil upto 50 m from the pit.

Note:- (For Sl No. 27 to 30):- Provision of Plant / flower pots (Decorative pots of height 18 inches) with fertile soil and potting mixture is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
