Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (One cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

62 mm (Sixty two milimeter) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm (Fifty milimeter )thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size and top layer 12mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (One cement hardener mix isto Two graded stone aggregate), 6mm (Six milimeter) nominal size by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 (Two) litre per 50 kg (Fiftyty Kilogram) of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A,including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm ( Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Making soak pit 2.5 m ( Two point five meter) diameter 3.0 (Three) metre deep with 45 x 45 cm (Forty five intoForty five centimeter) dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter, 1.8 m (One point eight meter) long complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
