OVERHAULING OF REF SYSTEM COMPRESSORS MAKE: HEINEN & HOPMAN ENGINEERING (I) PVT. LTD.79, B .T . ROAD, PANIHATI, KOLKATA – 700 114, REEFER COMPRESSOR No#1:MAKE:BITZER KUHLMASCHENBAUGMBH, SL. NO:1680911097, SPEED:700-1750 RPM, DISPLACEMENT:19-47.4m³/h,LP/HP:19/25 BAR, REEFER COMPRESSOR No#2: SL. NO:1680911097 Both Compressor major overhauling to be carried out as per OEM 10 yrly maintenance schedule.Both compressor Crank Case Oil and drier core element to be replaced.Valve plate, piston rings, all bearings and all gasket to be renewed as per OEM 5 year maintenance requirement. System gas need to be collected in bottles before initiation of job. Both refer condenser discharge valve is leaking and need to be renewed. after valve renewal system to be pressure tested for any leak and vacuumized before charging gas.condenser cleaning to be carried out. Trial run to be carried out for the satisfaction of Ships staff for both systems. All Alarms and trips to be tried out and shown to shipstaff. All required consumables are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope.OEM spares will be supplied by HSL

All required consumables are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope.OEM spares will be supplied by HSL
