Providing operator for operation running (Pump house No 23 and Pump House No22 &Sump No -02 of submersible pumping set (incluidng operation of valves in MTTC Area) comprising of control valves, submersible pump of capacity min 15 HP to 50 HP, chloronomesplant, bleaching powder dozer, LT panel boards for filling water in over head reservoir/tanks of capacity 2 x 50000 gallons and 1 x 100000 gallons capacity twice a day in 24 hours (ie 3 shifts by employing 01 operator per shift for each pump house and supplying dosed water (2 PPM) at pump house thrice a day (ie 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) and including maintaining log sheet and other record complete all as specified and directed ( One Opertor per shift for Pump House No 23 and 01 Opertor per shift for Pump House No 22 will also responsible to run Sewage sump no 2 near Furniture yard area at same shift without any extra cost to Govt.

Providing operator for operation running of swimming pool -02 Nos JRC and Near Golf and also maintain the quality of water as specified of swimming pool of capacity 6 Lakhs gallons by using material/chemical ie alumn, soda ash, copper sulphate, bleaching powder issued by Department time to time basis. Accountability will be maintain by concern JE all as directed by Engr-in-charge. two shift for Each swimming pool one perator per shift). (a) Chloronome plant : Chlorination of water in the swimming pool will be done with chlornome plant/Hypochlorite dozer plant and free chlorine to be got tested from SHO and maintain the records regularly. (b) Alumn : CuSo4 dozer : Maint/operation of Alumn dozer including replacement of worn out parts such as rubber bags nipples PVC nylon flexible pipe complete as required during the contract period. (c) Timing shall be adhered two shifts for eight hours each by employed 01 operator per shift. (d) In case shutdown of swimming pool operator (Man) of pool will be informed accordingly to contractor for maint swimming pool.

Providing operator for operation, maintenance and running of submersible pump of capacity min 15 HP to 50 Hp at Pump house No 41 and 20/35-)- chloronom plant, bleaching powder dozer, LT panel boards for filling water in over head reservoir/tanks of capacity 2 x 50000 gallons capacity twice a day in 24 hours (ie 3 shifts by employing 01 operator per shift for each pump house and supplying dosed water (2 PPM) at pump house thrice a day (ie 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) and including maintaining log sheet and other record complete all as specified and directed. Operator of Pump house No 41 will also responsible to run STP at same shift without any extra cost to Govt.

Providing operator for operation, maintenance and running of submersible pump of capacity min 15 HP to 50 HP at Pump house No 26) (ie 03 shift employed 01 operator per shift & chloronom plant, bleaching powder dozer, LT panel boards for filling water in over head reservoir/tanks of capacith 2 x 50000 gallons capacity twice a day in 24 hours (ie 3 shifts) and supplying dosed water (2 PPM) at pump house thrice a day (ie 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) and including maintaining log sheet and other record complete all as specified and directed.

Providing operator for operation running of MH Pump House monoblock pumping set 12.5 HP -03 Nos and also maintain the quality of water as specified of under ground sump 01 lakh gallons and MH STP sewage submersible pumping set of different capacity , Blower motor, Chloronme plant, DG Set etc for 03 shift employed 01 operator per shift for MH Pump house and STP and including maintaining of log sheet and other records complete all as specified and directed

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 5 ABOVE: .(a )The contractor shall keep the following aspect in mind while quoting unit rates in item No 1,2,3,4 & 5. above (a )The contractor shall be responsible for safety of operator and also upkeep of installation safe as per MES standard and also maintain chlorine register of installation besides 03 shifts operation.(b ) Contractor has been binded to strictly instruct their operator to maintain chlorine at 2 PPM at source end and 0.2 PPM at user end, if any day NIL chlorination report come at any pump house, there be penalty of 500/shift from contractor payment. (c) The contractor will be responsible to provide a proper dress code to all operator and also provide all safetly (d) All Tenderer are advised that read SchA notes and Specification of tender before quoting the rate.
