Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/ chajjas of buildings including removing the debris outside of MD land and earthing strip, electric cable. (Refixing earthing strip and cable at the same place after execution of water proofing treatment) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4 ) on green suface of concrete surface

M&L for 25 mm thick (average thickneness) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying bitumin primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS 3384 use in waterproofing treatment and laying APP polymer membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/ sqm ) land on primer surface by force application complete all as specified & finish and sealing all the over laps of 75 mm in length side and 100 mm on the width side of membrane by torching the same all as per manufacturer instruction.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (External) on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces in two Coats, 1st Coat of 10mm thick in C:M 1:6 and 2nd Coat of 5mm thick in C:M 1:4 including mixing of liquid WPC for IInd layer @100 ml in each bag of cement , Plastered Surfaces finished Even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Integral Water Proofing Compound shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Items.

S&F GI wire netting 0.9mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists etc in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams etc including all laps, cutting and waster, fixed in repairs in patches n exc 5.0 sqm each, including taking down old and jointing new to old as reqd.
