1. Tent, Stalls etc.
Imported Tent Structure with a compressed aluminium frame with white fire-retardant and waterproof PVC Fabric side and roof cover, Hi-tech wooden platform, and synthetic carpet. The tent structure must have a minimum span of 40 m without center pillars. Stage and green rooms

With 20 nos of Fan inside the hanger and 12 LED light with 200 wts.
Stage with raised platform with three side covering and with framed back drop approved by the committee. Back drop size 32 ft X 10 ft height . Four teapoi with 15 VIP wooden chair and flower bed decoration for one day. Lamp lighting facility for inauguration for one day. ( Inaugural arrangements with Nirapara, Pookula, Traditional Lamp, Kaivilakku, Wick, Oil, Camphor, Agarbathi, Flower Arrangements and related facilities.) Normal Podium with branding. Steps in two sides for stage for one for guest and one for service personnels. boquet ( single rose tube ) 15 nos for one day.
Green room withTable, chair, cloth Hanger, Mirrors, and lighting with ceiling with non transparent cloth. Each one of ;100 Sft with suitable enclosure and door etc.
PVC Armless chair with cloth cover.
Providing outdoor LED wall outside the hanger adjacent to Main road includes raised plat form with 6 ft height with required connections and service , with arabian tent with raised platform and carpet, table and chair, plug points for console for service and operation of LED wall for four days - with high speed internet facility with 300 mbps.
Food court
Food court with aluminium hangar with roofing, with raised platform, synthetic carpet etc.with separate for Ayurveda Ahar pavilion for serving of food.

Long Table 15 nos and 100 Chairs with cloth cover, for 5 days
Wash basins with plumbing work, water tanks, side panelling and setting 4 tap set - 5 units for five days (inside arabian tent with 3 side covering)
Syntex tank with 5000 litre capacity with stand, supply of 5000 litre of water per day for five days with all plumbing and sanitation works for waste water management.
General Arrangements
Providing toilets - Portable toilets- in Arabian tent, wooden platform, carpet, adequate lighting. Mobile toilets with in-built tank. (Ladies-5 toilets ; Gents ; 5 Toilets]
Electrical shed ; (Instant Pagoda) of sufficient space and height with raised platform and carpet 800 sq feet
Crew resting Area - Structure with tin sheet roofing, wooden platform, synthetic carpet, side masking, lights, fans and raised platform with bed and pillow [for fire force staff, Police personnel, and Medical unit].
Vehicle parking for Fire & rescue and ambulance with roof - Iron hanger with adequate lighting
Providing CC TV with 48 Camera units - for entire exhibition area for five days. Storage facility with a 5 tb hard disk that to be handed over to organiser with recordings.
Installation of fire extinguishers of suitable capacity to meet the statutory requirements 40 nos for five days
Providing used synthetic carpet and underlaying tarpaulin/flex in open ground area.
Potted Plants inside the Hanger and at entrance/exit
Box Arch with (3ft width and 2 ft depth) in the main entrance of the compound with 6 meter length and 4 meter height and branding boards with 16 ft x 10 ft - 2 nos to be place in both side of Arch.
Flag 60 cm x 90 cm with logo print in bothsides in 14 feet iron/bamboo poles
Standees with 6 ftx 3 ft ( stationary standees) with event branding
Providing a faccade at the main entrance with metal/ wooden material, as approved by the architect along with necessary boards etc. (Design will be supplied by the client before the prebid meeting) 40 ft length and 20 ft height with scaffolding support.
Hall bunding with design in satin cloth 16 x 4 ( ft) two side printing . To be hanged in the main hanger ceiling.
Panchavadyam with 16 artists for 2 hours during inaugural day - ( for One day)
Photography /Videography for 5 Days (2 photographer and 1 videographer)
Security, Housekeeping etc.
Engaging Security for 5 days, 3 shifts per day ( 8 persons, for 5 days, 3 shifts) Total 120 units flor 5 days
Engaging Security Supervisor 1 x 3 shift x 5 days. Total 15 units for 5 days
House Keeping works for 5 days (6 persons for 5 days) Total 30 units for 5 days
Electrical works & Lighting
Providing Ceiling fan at food court for 5 days x 24 nos ( Total 120 units for 5 days)
Providing Pedestal fan for 5 days x 12 nos (to be installed as per direction of committee) Total 60 units for 5 days
General lighting for ground with MH/other suitable lights in front of the structures and other areas with pole/along with structure 32 nos for 5 days ( Total 160 units for 5 days)
Tower with lights ( 400 wts) 8 each - for five days for open area- Parking, Stage and other areas ( total 40 units for 5 days)
Illumination with LED strips on trees - mixed colours for 5 days - 500 units, each with 6 mtr length
Stage lighting includes Par-64 - LED Par -18 nos, Focus light with stand - 12 no.s, Moving Head - 2 nos ( Sharpy) for five days and other required items and equipment
Power Generator with diesel ( four category ) 1. For AC units - 1250 KVA including standby for six days, 2. For Sound systems, lights , LED wall ,fans outside lights - 125 KVA x 4 units ( including Standby) 3. For stall construction 125 KVA for 2 days in pre expo purpose 4. Night purpose/emergency - 62 KVA for five days
Diesel for generator as per requirement for 12 hours x 5 days including trial run purpose
Cabling for Generator Supply: LT cables with cable of adequate requirements and as per transformer capacity for all days and adequate length without loop for all area
Providing Stage Monitor wherever necessary as directed by the client
Sound system
Sound system for stage program - Microphones, podium Mic includes, sound mixture, cordless Mic, collar Mic, P.A. system up to 10,000 W etc. for 5 days
PA System inside the main hanger and for food court . With 12 box placed at various locations as per direction of the committee for five days
Drinking Water supply
Providing water dispenser with 20 L jar on stand in exhibition/kitchen/stage area 20 nos per day for 5 days
Refilling of dispenser jars (in Exhibition hall) as per need(anticipating 4 times a day) for five days
Waste management
Waste suction (as per actual) average 3 loads per day for 9 days
Waste water suction in kitchen area at 2 loads for 9 days
IEC materials
Framed Boards to be placed in and around the Kannur town 6ft x4ft - design will be provided by organisers
Hoardings 12 ft x16 ft to be placed with in a range of 15km at 20 different places as per client requirement - design will be provided by organisers.
