1. Following repair/replacement works required to be carried out to the water supply line near railway crossing at Dhorava Pump House and main line near suralpit temple at AF Stn Bhuj. (a) M&L for taking up or down from any position existing DI 150/250/300 mm bore pipes including all fittings and disconnecting from the existing supply line complete all as specified and as directed.(50.5 RM) (b) Supply and laying 150mm dia ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-7 , ISI marked (IS 8329-2000), internally lined with cement mortar as per IS 8329-2000, externally coated with Zinc 130gm and finishing layer of bitumen (70 microns) as per IS 8329-2000, jointing with and including rubber gasket joints; including fixing of fittings with and including suitable jointing material, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of DI fittings - Electro steel castings / Jindal Saw Pipes / SKF brand / Surya Roshni Ltd. / Lanco Industries Ltd.)(10 RM) (d) M&L for DI mechanical collar 150 mm dia(long type all socket) with rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washer etc for connecting DI pipes to existing Di pipes both ends, all as specified and directed.(02 Each) (e) Supply & fix 80 mm size Cast iron Sluice valve PN 1.6 as per IS-14846 (2000), body, both ends flanged, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size as under including removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(02 Each) (f) Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. (33 Cum)

(g) Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.(30 cum) (h) Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in any type of soil all as specified and directed. (3 cum). (j) Disconnecting the water mains from the delivery line of pumping sets, including disconnecting electric connections; lifting & taking out CI column pipes 150 mm dia bore, submersible cable and defective mud submersible pumping set with connected cage etc. for necessary repairs complete all as directed.(01 Each Job) (k) Dismantling defective mud submersible pumping set of capacity 20 HP by separating pump and motor for repair purposes and re-assembling after repairs and testing complete all as directed.( Note - M&L for repair / replacement shall be measured and paid for separately). (01 Each Job) (l) Supply and fix including lowering of polypropelene rope 28 mm dia ISI marked, heavy duty grade all as per directed by Engr-in charge. Make- Garware/ Finolex or equivalent as approved by GE.(30 RM) (m) Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cast iron water mains of Size 150mm Class LA with spigot and socket ends suitable for run lead joints or rubber gasket joints laid in trenches all as specified and directed.(13 RM) (n) Supply, fixing and testing cast iron fittings of size 150mm for spigot & socketed or flanged pipes i.e. bends, reducers, tail pieces, tapers, tees, collars, caps, plugs with MS plate, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.(93 Kg) (o) Supply and fix in replacement of stainless steel nut bolt including washer of size 10mm*75mm all as directed by Engr-in Charge.(16 Each) (p) S&F in replacement of defective Mechanical upper seal of mud submersible motor of capacity 20 HP all as directed by Engr-in Charge. (01 Each) (q) S&F in replacement of defective Mechanical Lower seal of mud submersible motor of capacity 20 HP all as directed by Engr-in Charge. (01 Each) (r) S&F in replacement of defective Lower Ball Bearing of Mud submersible motor of capacity 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.(01 Each) (s) Supply and fix in repairs thermal over load relay suitable 20 HP pump sets starter, 3 phase, 415 V AC, 50 HZ, 48-80A direct arcing type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (01 Each)
