Supply of Various categories of Man power required for Water Management under Annual Maintenance of Canal and Annual Maintenance of IB & ID colony at Davangere, Vehicle crew charges KA-17-G-0615 for the year 2026-27 pertaining to KNNL, No.2 Bhadra Canal Subdivision, Davangere

Work done certificate: Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work ie, Manpower service of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e Rs.69.00 Lakhs in any one year during the previous five years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26)), along with certificate of satisfactory service rendered should be uploaded. (work done certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The cost of works executed in previous years shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10% per annum).

Annual turnover of the intending bidder should be at least equivalent to the amount put to tender i.e Rs.275.00 Lakhs in any of two financial years during previous 5 years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26),. Audited profit and loss account statement certified by registered Charted Accountant duly having UDIN along with latest income tax returns filed document should be furnished (The turnover of previous years shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10% per annum)

The Tenderer should have liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.41.50 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc in Annexure-II enclosed to the Notification.

The intending bidder should furnish the Copy of Valid Registration Certificate issued from Labour Department, Government of Karnataka.

Valid EPF registration certificate shall be furnished and EPF clearance certificate of previous year ie 2025-26 for having remitted the EPF (shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner Regional office) along with paid EPF challans for number of 43 members in any one year during the previous five years.( 2021-22 to 2025-26)

Valid ESI registration certificate shall be furnished and ESI clearance certificate of previous year ie 2025-26 for having remitted the ESI (shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Deputy Director, Sub Regional office ESIC )along paid ESI challans for number of 43 members in any one year during previous five years.(2021-22 to 2025-26)

The Intending bidder should furnish the copy of G.S.T. Registration certificate.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5 minus B
