Annual Maintenance Supply of materials for power complex works, Dam lighting including repairs to 1000KVA transformers of NSRS Srisailam Project for the year 2025-2026

Routine maintenance of transformer, including testing of insulation resistance, oil breakdown strength. Reconditioning / replacement of silica zel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil).

Removing the existing transformer from the plinth / Pole and refixing the standby transformer of 500 / 1000 KVA capacity including connections etc., complete.

Painting to transformer with 2 coats Zinc chromate red oxide duly scraping existing paint 630 / 1000 KVA by 2 coats of hammer ton grey paint etc., complete.

Supply of new and tested transformer oil as per IS-335 - 1972 (per Ltr)

Filtration of transformer oil as per ISS specifications filters to dielectric strength above 40KV at site. (Per Ltr) excluding transportation

Supply and transportation of 90W LED Street light Luminaire made of pressure diecast aluminum body with powder coated, having protective toughened glass, supply input voltage 120 - 270V AC, P.F > 0.90, high power LEDs having System Efficacy > 120 lumens/watt and junction temperature < 70°C, with Ingress protection IP66, Luminaire performance complies to IS 10322 (Part 5/Sec-3), driver surge protection 4KV, in-house additional Surge protection 10 KV with optics distribution, THD<10% at 110 Volts AC, driver efficiency >90%, CCT: 3000K - 5700K, minimum CRI>70, etc., complete with earth connection and not less than two years warranty.

Supply of 400A,4pole MCCB adjustable, confirms to IEC 60947-2 and IS 13947-Part 1 & 2, having Breaking Capacity 36/35 KA with thermal magnetic release Panel Mounted.

Supply of not less than 1100mm length, Box type powder coated tube light luminaire with necessary wiring suitable for fixing 1 No retrofit T8 LED tube but without tube and choke Makes: Greenlites / Fortune Arrt / Capart / GM / Goldmedal /Trinic /Kiran.
