Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting / LED fitting of all types,complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

S/F Tow Module stepped type Electronic Fan Regulator on existing modular plate switch box, i/c making connection etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of anchor fastner type heavy duty Fan hook with double fastner bolts for ceiling fan i/c drilling, bolting etc comp as reqd .

S/F PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4C x 25Sqmm size on wall surface/cable tray as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (A) 4C x 25 sqmm

Supplying and fixing of following size, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415/240 volts, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB) a) 4 WAY SPN DB (Single Door)

b) 4 WAY TPN DB (Double Door)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismentalling of Electrical accasoories i.c Fans /fittings/ DBs /switch boards/ unnecessary wiring from the space which is to be rented out to LIC office at Admin Building Karimabad etc complete as required.

S/F round plate made out from phenolic laminated sheet for fan box i.c drilling in ceiling etc comp as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp four pole (Three phase and neutral)415 Volt, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing front openable PVC (Sintex Or Similar superior make) junction box of following size for acomodation of existing 03Nos. Rewireble fuses, 01No. RCCB etc complete as required. (Excluding RCCB & Fuses) (A) Junction Box (345 x 480 x 210 mm)
