Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of width as directed and 9 to 10 mm thick as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic joint free coloured matt finish tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 7 - 8 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic coloured matt finish tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 7 - 8 mm thick as in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof or in kerb stones rounded or chmfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring / APP membrane etc. in brick walls and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs powder coated aluminium alloy curtain rod of 25mm dia pipe decorative finish with and including powder coated decorative type brackets, stops, rollers etc fixed on wall with brass scews with PVC rawl plugs as in curtain rods complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repar synthetic acrylic venetation blinds having vertical strip of width 100 mm and necessary fixing arrangements all as per the sample kept in GE's office complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceilig fixed with screws as per manufacturer's instruction, laid on hot dipped galvanized iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-Section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall be comprises of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel and of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 12mm centre fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantiling of tiles of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment and S & F chequered cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in vertical surfaces, skirting, dado and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and S & F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridge etc fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M & L for 10mm thick plaster in one layar in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces over roof slab finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cemet with mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. (b) Application of cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm after cleaning, sweeping the old RCC slab to remove dust before application of plaster complete (c) M & L for 30 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm aggreagtes as in padding concrete (d) M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab by one coat of bituminous/polymerised primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per Sqm and laying Acretic Polypropylane (APP) modified water proofing membrane weighing 3.5 Kg per Sqm with 3mm thick and minimum 75mm overlaps and minimum 100mm end laps sealed and bounded to the surface including finishing by applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram / sqm on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with replacement of nipple/unions/socket check nut of capacity exc 500 Ltr but not exc 1000 Ltr including cleaning and removing of all scrab & dirts etc from tank from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
