PUMP :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient, foot mounted multistage centrifugal water pump, 330 meter head, 39 cum/ hr (650 LPM) discharge, speed 2965rpm, suction 100 mm delivery 100 mm,, closed impeller, Stud, Flexible pin bush type Coupling, coupling bush and bolt /Coupling Guard, Base Plate, MS Foundation Bolt). MOC of pump :- Suction casing, discharge casing, stage casing - WCB/SS Impeller & neck ring – SS/ Bronze, Shaft and shaft sleeve – SS410 Balancing & counter balancing disc – SS/bronze

ELECTRIC MOTOR :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient, squirrel cage induction motor suitable for above pump sets., TEFC, IE3, having nominal speed of 2980 RPM, IS:325, Insulation Type:F, Rating :415 V+/-10%, 3 phase, 50Hz+/-5%, A.C.Supply

VALVES:- Supply and fixing of DI/cast steel double flanged valves including nut bolts, washer, pressure packing etc complete in all respect (SITC) as per the following (as per API : 600 or IS 14846:2000 specification):- 1) 150 mm size, DI/cast steel D/F sluice valve, Class 150 for main suction.

2) 100 mm size, DI/cast steel D/F sluice valve, Class 600 for delivery side.

3) 100 mm size, DI/cast steel D/F non-return valve, Class 600 for delivery side.

Making Tee, Bend, reducer and enlarger by welding for suction and delivery side both as per requirement of site and piping condition including pipe, labour, material, T&P etc. complete in all respect.

GAUGES :- Supply and fixing of gauges and fittings as detail (1) Pressure gauge 100 mm dial size of 0-60 kg/cm2 – 01 No., (2) Compound gauge 100 mm dial size of 0-5 kg/cm2 – 01 No., (3) Heavy duty control Cock – 01 No. (4) M.S. Nipple, Pipes Elbows etc. required for fixing the above gauges on pump – 01 Set.

Demolishing of existing pump foundation including disposal of malva with in lead of 50 meter distance from pump house including all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Foundation :- PCC in 1:1:5:3 in cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone ballast with Iron core dust mixture (adding 2 kg iron core dust with each cement bag) and making block for pump foundation complete with grouting the foundation bolt as per design and drawing given by the pump manufacturer including all labour, material, cartage, T&P etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of engineer in charge.

EARTHING :- Complete earthing for 01 pump set (providing double earthing using G.I. earth plate, G.I. earth strip, watering pipe, coal, salt etc., for centrifugal pump set & starter) as per design and drawing or as directed by engineer in charge, including all labour, material, T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Barrel :- Supply of M.S. pipe and fittings such as fitting of pressure valves, flanges, radial tees, nut bolts, pressure packing etc. required for fabrication of 200 mm dia & Approximate 24 m long common header suitable for 4 pump sets including .making hole into existing suction tank, cementing, grouting, waterproofing, testing of leakage, Complete in all respect. or as per direction of engineer in charge. (1) Supply, Carting, laying, jointing, fixing and testing of M.S.E.R.W. Pipe grade Yst 210 with specials and fitting in trenches under ground including cutting, laying and jointing by welding including cutting of edges and painting of joints etc. complete in all respect. Supply and fixing of 200 mm dia MSERW pipe 7.9 mm th. For making barrel, including carting of pipe upto site, including flanges, radial tee etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 200 mm dia class 150 double flanged valves including nut bolts, washer, pressure packing etc complete in all respect (SITC)

POWER CABLES (1) Supply and fixing of finolex/havells or equivalent make copper conductor flat submersible cable 35 mm2 3 core, work complete in all respect.

(2) Supply and fixing of Finolex/Havell or equivalent make aluminum conductor XLPE insulated armored power cable of size 185 mm2 3.5 core, or suitable rating work complete in all respect.

PAINTING :- Enamel painting complete in all pump sets, foundation, valves, suction and delivery pipes, barrel pipes, as per suitable matching colour or as per direction of engineer in charge etc. complete in all respect.

DISMANTLING OF EXISTING PUMPING PLANTS AND ACCESSORIES:- (If required) Dismantling and removing of existing pump set and valves etc. and handing over the same to the department as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

TESTING AT SITE:- Testing of pumping plant for their performance at specified duty parameters at site of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.
