Service Contract for Overhauling of U#2 AHP Mechanical System under AHP-MM, Stg-1 at SgTPP.

BA Feed gate actuator cylinder Dismantling cylinder seal kit checking if required replacement, gasket fitting and cylinder fitting if required cylinder replacement

BA Feed gate allignment, checking/ replacement of side guide angles, rollers, wedges including water leakage arrest from enclosure body, checking/replacement of enclosure and welding of joints inside enclosure

BA Clinker grinder overhauling (Dismantling of Crusher, checking/replacement of Shaft Structure, Cam Segments, Wear Plates, Bearings, Sprocket etc) and/or replacement of complete assembly of Crusher

BA Clinker Grinder gear box & fluid gear box to clinker grinder. Gearbox, Fluid Coupling replacement if necessary

BA Jet Pulsion pumps overhauling by dismantling the whole assembly & checking/replacement of damaged parts like nozzle, combine tube, Tail pipe, nozzle insert and replacement of MS pipe after the jet pump up to KGV

BA Hopper four side trough seal nozzle checking, welding of nozzle pipe. Seal trough cleaning & water flushing. Replacement of seal trough header pipe upto 30 Mtrs

Checking of BA area CI bend(45 °, 90° bend & 45° lateral) after dismantling of both side coupling and if required replacement

BA Clinker grinder chute checking, Repairing/replacement,welding and refitting

BA hopper all wall jetting nozzles and emergency door jetting nozzles dismantling, cleaning and replacement if required
