Supply, commissioning and testing of fully automated reverse osmosis (RO) brakish water desalination plant of capacity 3000 LPH and capable of providing potable water complete all as specified. (a) RO technology:- latest advanced brackish water membrane RO technology spiral wound membrane.(b) Mounting :- Ro plant assembly mounted on a skid frame of Apporx dimension (L-164 inch x H-90 inch x W-100 inch) (c) Booster pump in SS-304 construction, 3 phase of capacity 8.0 Cum/Hr.(d) Multigrade media filter, down flow type, capacity 12 cum/ Hr, 350 litre vessel volume in mild steel rubber lining construction.(e) Cartridge filter 20 micron, online( wound type), capacity 12 cum/Hr in SS-304 housing and pp filter element. (f) Catridge filter 50 micron online type, capacity 12 cum/Hr in SS -304 construction. (g) High pressure pump with motor, centrifugal multistage type capacity 6 cum/Hr in SS-304 construction, 3 phase. (h) Pressure tube, type :Horizontal end port in FRP construction - 03 nos (i) RO membtanes type - brackish water spiral, capacity 1200 LPH in cellules polyamide construction, fitration grade 97-98% salt rejection.(j) Low pressure pipes,UPVC/CPVC,operating pressure 20 kg/cm2.(k) High pressure pipes, SS-304 pipes, operating pressure 35 kg/cm2 (l) MSRL pipes mild steel rubber lining, operating pressure 28 kg/cm2. (m) Low pressure switch,online type pressure range 0-7 kg/cm2 (n) High pressure switch,online type pressure range 0-21kg/cm2 (o) Low pressure gauge, online type, 0-7 kg/cm2, in SS construction - 06 nos.(p) High pressure gauge, online type, 0-21 kg/cm2, in SS construction - 02 nos.(q) Conductivity meter/TDS meter/Flow meter etc. (r) Solenoid valve, diaphragm type 220-240 volts AC. (s) Control panel (PLC base) having indicating lamps, MCB, main switch, change over switch, volt meter, ampere meter, buzzer, PLC controller etc. (t) Cleaning tank,capacity 100 litres, in mild steel rubber lining construction. (u) Booster pump ( cleaning pump ),type CHI,capacity 5.0 cum, 3 phase in SS- 304 construction.(v) Dosing pump, diaphragm type, capacity 0-7 LPH including civil work i.e foundation , Shed etc.

Testing of Raw water and treated water , one after installation and commissioning od RO Plant and another before completion of work.

M&L for surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating over areas in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken stone or boulder Hardcore of guage n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60mm thick M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any Shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer incl preparation of new Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, complete all as specified and directed.
