Annual Mainteannce of Mallemadugu Reservoir for the year 2026-27 in Renigunta Mandal of Tirupati District

Supply of watchman to the reservoir as per Dam safety cell instructions for watch and ward of the Dam as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of man mazdoor during rainy season to attend emergency works in taking safety measures and operating the dam gates etc.,as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of grease as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of Gear oil as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Labour for application of grease and gear oil (including cleaning of gates) to the regulator gates as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Proving 75 HP with shovel 0.50 cum for emergency works in the dam and canal system as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Tractor with 2.70 trolley for emergency works in the dam and canal system as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stitching charges and labour charges with 13.615 % overhead charges and contractors profits. (sand rate for filling is considered) Note: During the emergency conditions such as floods and other natural calamities, the above rate is allowed to enhance by 25% for 1st warning level and above, keeping in view of the difficulty in availability of labour and vehicles.
