ROAD, PATH, HARDSTANDING & CULVERT M&L for 150 mm thick WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75mm thick each conforming to grading given in table 400-13 & physical requirement given in table 400-12 spread by mechanical means & rolled by using 8-10 ton vibrator power roller over compacted sub grade surface of soling as specified in clause 406 3.5 of MORTH specification and necessary lateral support and formwork if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of new PCC solid Masonary valve chamber of size 1000 X 800 X 1000 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets alround over 100 mm thick hard core , 200 mm thick PCC solid block walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/Dense soil 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25 mm X 25 mm X 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION WORK Demolition/dismantling of OTM WORKSHOP BLDG (Bldg No P-65) complete excluding E/M fittings & fixtures complete "As is where is" all as specified and directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM No 24.00:- The quoted rate shall deemed to include the following:- (i)The demolition of Bldg shall be carried out upto ground level bearing all safety aspects into consideration including overlap with near by Bldgs and making good the ground. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include demolition of Bldgs except taking down/dismantling internal fittings and accessories of internal electric supply and internal water supply & all other items of demolition & dismantling of Bldgs specified eleswhere in the tender documents. (iii) Schedule of demolition/dismantling shall be decided by GE in the manner to recieve the amount of recovery for credit from RAR's/ Final bill. (iv) Demolition of the buildings shall be carried out after taking down of all internal fittings/fixtures & after necessary approval of GE. (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for removal of debries obtaind to a distance not less than 1.5 KM including loading & unloading at destination as directed by Engg-in-Charge. (vi) All safety precautions shall be taken by contractor during demolition/dismantling of buildings as per latest by laws and as specified in SSR Part-I.
