OVERHAULING OF AIR COMPRESSOR MAKE-DENO COMPRESSORS,TYPE-L3-56,SR. NO-3-56A027,YEAR-2010, CAPACITY-56M3/HR,WORKING PRESSURE-30,RPM-1450, POWER SUPPLY-400/50/3,CLASSIFICATION-LRS

Main Air Compressor major overhaul to be carried out. Both LP and HP valves need to be renewed. Piston rings, crank pin bearings, piston pin bush, main bearings and seals need to be renewed. Piston pin, LP & HP cylinder , LP & HP connecting rod and crank pin to be calibrated. Renew the above mentioned parts if it is worn out beyond the limit. Safety valves to be checked. Renew if required. Air filters to be renewed. Resilient mounting to be checked. Renew it based on the condition of resilient mounting. NRV must be renewed.Trial run to be carried out for the satisfaction of Ships staff for systems. All Alarms and trips to be tried out and shown to shipstaff. All required consumables are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope.OEM spares will be supplied by HSL
