Maintenance and operation of main receiving station (MRS) at MES complaint cell with 01 (One) skilled Electrician in each shift of 8 hours on three shifts a day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays and to operate/ handle/ maintain the following equipment's for its smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed. (The number of Electrican per shift is 01 and 03 Shifts per day). (i) Two pole structure with metering/CTS/GOD/Dropout fuses, etc. at receiving point and other main transformers at AFS Suryalanka (ii) Transformers 3 phase installed inside AF Stn Suryalanka with load break switchs/VCBs (iii) LT panel boards with repalcement of minor burout thimble/cables etc at AF Stn Suryalanka (iv) Main switch gear at MRS, 3 phase panel with following:- Incoming: VCB 11kV 400Amps 3phase horizontal with motorised mechanism and relays (earth fault/over load) and metering. Make ABB- 01no Outgoing: VCB 11kV 400Amps 3phase horizontal with motorised mechanical & relay (earth fault/ overload) metering. Make ABB-02 no's Note for Item No. 1.0:
(a) The work will be of continuous in nature including Sundays, Holidays or irrespective of Strikes and the contractor must employ reliever tradesman as relief for employees during weekly off / authorised holidays and the rate quoted above shall be deemed to be included this aspect in all respect. The operator will be present in the installation as per shift and he shall ensure serviceability of the equipment's. (b) The operator should be above 18 Years and below 60 Years of age. Operator should be in proper uniform with shoes and belts, entry passes etc. The nature of work to be carried out at restricted areas and all restrictions for entry / exit of the particular areas are to be followed by the operator. The Electric Panels, Installations, etc shall be operated by one operator per shift and the operator shall remain at generator while DG set is running. If the operator found missing from the work premises, an amount of Rs.500/- per Hour as penalty will be deducted from the amount due to the contractor. (c) The operator should be passed with minimum 2 years course training from ITI/ NCVT in Electrical/ Mechanical/ fitter trade and must have 4 years experience in trade dealing with VCBs/ GODs/ Load Break Switches, Two Pole Structures, etc. The operators should ensure the serviceability of the plants, machineries or equipment's and should be remain alert for every odd situation. The contractor should ensure full safety and function ability of the assets being maintained by him. Any casualty or injury sustained by the operators during the working hours at the premises of installations shall be sole liability of the contractor. No claim on this account shall be entertained by the department. (d) All Tools & Plants or Transport required for carrying out daily maintenance and necessary stationary & documents (log books, test records etc.) for maintaining the records at each installation will be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. (e) The rate quoted by contractor shall deem to be included for cleaning of the premises of installation including monthly periodical cutting of grass, Vegetation and keeping the installation neat and tidy in all the manners. (f) Contractor has to provide the log sheets and their employees have to maintain the record of pumping and supply water hourly, water meter reading, Gen set running time etc. duly signed by the AGE & JE at every day. (g) Contractor has to submit the duty roaster in advance for every month duly singed by Contractor & JE. (h) Contractor should provide all the safety equipment's like hand gloves, torch light for night shift, electrical tools to undertake minor repair/ connecting of fuse wire, MCCB, timbles, barrel fuse, jumpers and ACSR Conductor. (j) The cost of minor spares like fuse wire for two pole structure, HT tape etc shall be included in the quoted rate. (k) Contractors shall adhered to payment of fair minimum wages as Govt circular issued from time to time including payment of contribution towards ESI & EPF in any case and same is inclusive of quoted rate. The proof of Actual payment to employees shall be kept on record and shall be submitted to Engineer in Charge along with RAR / FB for Verification. (l) The installations will be handed over in operating state on the date of commencement of work, necessary duly signed handing/ taking over notes shall be submitted by contractor (m) The quoted rate shall include for all the above aspects. No Claim whatsoever shall be allowed at a later stage.

S&F in repairs 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular stranded of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per ser item No. 4.0 above but 6 sqmm cable
