RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code
RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
RequiredBidder shall quote only for the specifications and make/material of the items mentioned in the Schedule

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to provide test certificates along with sample and bulk material
RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to supply 1No sample for approval if found L1 before bulk supply after placement of purchase order
OptionalBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered
OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
OptionalBidders should submit acceptance that no price details were mentioned in technical bid documents, if so the bid will be liable for rejection
