(a) Taking out Unserviceable HT U/G cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc,for the following size of cable :- HT cables of 120 sqmm, 3 Core- 120 RM (Note: Excavation,returning filling & Removing of soil shall be measured in item no 2,3 & 4) (b) Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (120X 0.90x 0.45= 48.6 CUM) (c) Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick (Total=Exc-Removing=48.6 -5 =43.6 Cum) (d) Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.(Total=Exc.-Returning Filling=48.6 – 43.6 = 05 cum ) (e) Relaying,connecting, Megger testing and commissioning and jointing,HT underground cable 11000 volts grade in trenches,ducts,fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads /path /drain /culverts all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge of following Size:- HT cables of 120 sqmm, 3 Core. (i) MAFI Substation -II from tech gate towards Jungle GOD =120 RM)

(f) M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and as directed. – 02 Each. (i) Indoor VCB termination at S/S No. 01 – 01 Each (ii) Indoor VCB termination at MAFI-II S/S- 02 – 01 Each (g) M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and as directed. (i) Near Tech Gate -01 Each (ii) Near Jungle GOD – 01 Each (h) Laying only retrieved serviceable cable covers obtained while taking out U/G cable from srl item No.1 above. ( Total=120/0.19=632 Each) (j) M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand, gently punning down all as directed and specified. (120x0.45x0.18=9.72 CUM) Note:- (a) All material, labor and T & P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) Old retrieved materials shall be the property of firm.
