Dismantling of u/s street lights/perimeter lights of any wattage along, wiring from syntex box to light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable FRP junction box etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable LT cable cables from excavated trenches, ducts wall, pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix LED flood light 100 Watt, IP66 electronic LED driver with APFC, IK 07 exclusive die-cast aluminium body with toughened glass visor, mirror polished alluminium reflector, acrylic or polycarbonate diffuser open circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection upto 10 kv with built in SPD, lumen LED>140 lm/Watt viewing angle 120 degree suitable for highlightening architectural fixed with suitable GI clamps having two coat of enamal paint, Nut Bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Contractor will arrange T&P and veh required for repairing lights and the cost for the same will be incl in the quoted rate

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket made up of 40mm GI pipe of med grade of 1.5 mtr length,135 degree bend including suitable nuts/bolts with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 350 x 270 x 200 mm of make sintex, Cat No GSJB-3527, WITH 4nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the GE including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exit of cable any size, making new lugs and gland of cables of entry and exit.

Material & labour for wiring Circuit along with earth wire from Sintex box to Street light fitting with 3 run of 1.5 sqmm sizes FRLSH insulated copper conductor single core cable in suraces/recessed as required including Steel conduit of size 20 mm dia with suitable clamps made out of 25X3mm thick steel flat complete with nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement,connecting,testing and commissioning and jointing,LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade,XLPE insulated,armoured with galvanized round steel wire or steel strip, electric power cables heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, laid in trenches,ducts,fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads /path /drain /culverts or encased in GI pipe fixed & testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:- Note:- (i) Sand cushioning, Cable protection cover, GI pipes, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches, in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches well ramming and spreading in layers

Material & labour for unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS LV type II, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply a& laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section solid conductor in service connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip of 25X4mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore Sch.40, wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: GI strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.

Material & labour for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of LT panel; checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like; replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel; preparation of old painted surfaces (internal & external) of the panel, complete removal of existing paint using emry paper grade 220, by sanding and scrubbing, application of corrosion resistant primer by sprayers, applying hammer finish metal paint using sprayers in two coats and till shining surfaces are obtained; application of two coats of epoxy black paint on panel frames; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Approximate average size of panel=1.50x0.75x0.45m) (Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately).

Material & labour for heat shrinkable straight through joint for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

Material & labour for heat shrinkable indoor/ outdoor LT end terminations for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:-

Supply & fix isingle phase 50 Hz, 01 KVA Servo Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, copper wound naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 140V to 280 V with output voltage stablized at 230 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second with overload short circuit protection, high low voltage cut off and bypass arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply & fix tubes light grade of 80 mm bore galvanised with all fitting for cable protection trenches/ wall/ on pole including necesarry clamps sets and nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material & labour for road cutting for laying cables in GI pipe and making good disturbed surface by using appropriate ratio of PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (Note Laying of cables and GI pipe will me measured separately under respective items)

Supply & fix in replacement 3 pole power contactor ML-1.5,25 A,415 V for high mast light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply & fix in replacement 3 pole power contactor ML4 70A, 415 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material & labour for erection of precast LT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "LT CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
