Supply of computer operator and manpower for the maintainance of HCI subdivision Hebburu for the year 2026-27

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature work Supplying of Man power for any Government projects of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ref Annexure-B)

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have the minimum number of labours as specified / required for the particular works under his labour license. (Ref Annexure-C)

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value

To qualify for award of this contract, each service provider/ Bidder/tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the amount to tender under this contract. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account should be uploaded with UDIN. (Ref Annexure-A)

Company Registration/In case of a firm, Firm Registration Certificate along with Registration certificate from Labour Department- FORM C

EPF registration certificate with any continuous 9 months payment details along with challan in the past 5 years

ESI registration certificate with any continuous 9 months payment details along with challan in the past 5 years

Valid GST registration certificate

ISO 45001-2018 certificate (OHSAS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory. ISO 9001-2015 certificate (QMS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory
