Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630Amp, Extensible Outdoor Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) comprising of 04 Nos. 630 Amp motorised fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 3 +/- 0.5 mm with lP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 125kVp internally to manage voltage surges and Air Insulated Metering Module of Class-1. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 21kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cable shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site:- Make: ABB/Siemens/Schneider/or equivalent as approved by GE.

1 No. VCB module consisting of following accessories:- 11kV, 630A fixed-type Vaccum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith disconnector+Earth Switch of full making capacity Short time current - 21KA/ 3 sec, Making Capacity - 52kAp Stored Enegry mechanism for moterised operation, associated closing/tripping coils, integrated non-removable spring-charging perating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechanically latched to the mechanism Interlocked, arc-proof Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable with double-door arrangement (IP54+IP3X) safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition Right angle boots (push on type) Numerical based self-powered OC+EF Protection Relay, providing OverCurrent (min. setting 20%), Earth-Fault (min. setting: 10%) 03 Nos. CT for protection, Secondary of 1A, Burden-2.5VA, epoxy insulated, Ring Core CTs for protection (Acc.C1.5P10), installed away from bushings to prevent saturation of core. 03 Nos. CT for metering, Secondary of 1A, Burden-2.5VA, epoxy insulated, Ring Core CTs for protection (Acc.Cl.1), installed away from bushings to prevent saturation of core.

Supply & lay as in replacement in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, HT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 11000 volt grade (earthed type) of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m depth and n.exc 1.5m in width, n.exc 10 sqm on plan for foundation etc and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100mm bore GI tubing light grade including all fittings, laid in trenches, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking out old/existing pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: For measurement purpose punned thickness of sand will be considered.

Supply and Lay factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV Type I with flat size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV (earthed type) / underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as Specifeid and directed.

All as per item No.9 above but outdoor type

Supply ,jointing and testing of cable joint kit of 11 KV (earthed type) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling GOD/DO fuses any type, any size complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for dismantling cross arms, any size and transporting to MES store complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for dismantling stay assembly including demolition of concrete platform/foundation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including copper strips of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, charcoal, rock salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item.

M & L for dismantling concrete poles/struts any size and transporting to MES stores complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
