Rack & Pinion to be checked, Backlash to be checked and adjusted (if required). All rollers and track to be overhauled / repaired and bearings to be replaced (Bearings contractor supply). Clearance between roller & track to be adjusted, travelling movement to be shown. Rack & Pinion teeth to be checked. Damaged teeth to be repaired & profile of teeth to be maintained for proper contact & backlash with gear teeth profile cutting machine. Cable drum to be rapaired & proper function to be shown
For Consumables / Materials / Spares: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items, materials/spares/consumables and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materials/spares/consumables for above entire SoW (S.No.1). The cost of materials/spares/consumables quoted by the contractor will be considered "on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ" for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (S.No.1.1) against third party / OEM invoice.
