Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastered on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15MM thick rendering in two layers (i.e) CM 1:6, 10mm thick as first layers and CM 1:4, 5mm thick as 2nd layer wtih water proofing compund on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant priming coat on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 06 above but on ceiling surfaces -ditto-.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick walls/stone walls/concrete surfaces plastered or unplastered thoroughly, rubbing down, washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over alkali resistant priming coat as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy including necessary steel scafolding upto 4th storey complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 08 above but on ceiling surfaces -ditto-.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior ACRYLIC Emulshion paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy including necessary steel scafolding upto 4th storey complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 10 above but on ceiling surfaces -ditto-.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection , finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in thick sub base of flooring finished surfaces rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished surfaces rough , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and colour pigment , complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unservicable existing pever block.

Taking down existing pever block and re-fixing of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape, size and thickness, with grey cement and colour pigment , Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation in layers, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continuous Precast Plain Cement Concrete Kerb stone of size 400x200x100mm with Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm stone aggregate) including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angle and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com­pound, Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur­faces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
