Port Windlas speed control unit damaged, same to repair and satisfactory operations shown to HSL/Ship Staff.
Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 1 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.1) against third party/OEM invoice.
Sewage treatment plant control panel to be checked for proper functioning and all the alarms & indications to be proved.
