Bath Mat PVC (FD/E6/MAP/07) DIMENSION :The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mm H. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PVC material .The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs.

Chair Easy (FD-229) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 740mm high . DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak . Front legs shall be 25mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 25mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 25mmx50mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 190mm above seat level and shall be size as shown on drawing.Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

Peg Table (FD-384) DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

Receptacle PVC 20Ltrs (FD/E6/MAP/13) DIMENSION/CAPACITY:-The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 ltrs DESCRIPTION:The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 5mm ,provided with swivel lid and steel handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make-Cello, brite as shown in drg.

Table Writing (FD-275) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section a having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx25mm in section shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial,high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. brass Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. CP handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Table Dressing (FD-379) Table dressing gents with mirror shall be made to the shape size and design as shown on drg & as specified in general specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS, timber shall be well seasoned first class teak wood through out except top,front of drawer and partition wall shall be of melamine faced pre-laminated particle board 12mm thick, bottom, back sides and back of drawer shall be of plywood 12mm thick both sides commercial, back of mirror shall be 6mm thick commercial plywood. Sides and back of drawer shall be fixed as specified and as directed. Mirror shall be 5.5mm thick copper electroplated polished sheet glass & knob shall be aluminium anodised dark bown fixed with 30mm long brass screws.All timber/plywood/particle board surfaces exposed to view shall be french polished, except under side of top and inner side of the drawers which shall be painted with one coat of syenthetic enamel paint (Shade as approved by GE) first quality over a pink primer, all other items/fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms/pattern.

Bed Hard With FMN Set (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) Overall size as per Drg. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board.25mmx65mm rectangular MS pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs .One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section.PVC Shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All metal/iron work shall be epoxy treated with powder coating in black colour.Rest all as per drg. FMN set is to provide as Per Drg No-FD-246 in shape and size

Chair Writing (FD/E6/MAP/12) DIMENSION:The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high,500mmwide DESCRIPTION:The size /dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described.The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back the polyurethane foam shall be 50mm and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic mtr.Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front.. FINISH:Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with ivory black.

Table Bed Side (FD/E6/MAP/15(R)) DIMENSION:The overall size of the table bed side 450mm x 450mm x 500mm as shown in drg. DESCRIPTION:The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board board of walnut shade. The drawers shall be made functional with telescopic channel fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables & box shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles.The edges of the drawers or board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood bearer.Rest all as per drg. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with duly powder coated.

Table Centre Two Tier (FD-375) Ovearall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 400mm high. Legs shall be of 40mm dia anodized brass pipe legs, four in numbers, in one piece. The legs shall be joined in short and long sides with two numbers 25mm dia brass pipes of wall thickness 3mm. The top pipe shall be fixed as per size given in drg from top and the lower pipe shall be as per size given in drg from bottom of top pipe. The brass frame shall be 900mm long and 450mm wide. Vaccum rubber shoes shall be provided at top of legs, which shall be closed with brass sheet of 1.6mm thick. The bottom of legs shall be covered with brass sheet of 1.6mm thick sheet. The bottom of legs shall be PVC shoes. The top shall be of 10mm thick plate tinted glass (smoke colour) with corners rounded as shown on drawing. The edges of top table shall be round off. Rest all as per drg.
