M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in plinth protection and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade over and including 25mm thick sand cushion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1: 4: 8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1: 2: 4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work / pre cast concrete article / stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC @3% of cement incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid saparatelly as supply only under relevant item.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) light shade polished area of each tiles not exeeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match with and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1;6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick 400 x 400 tile in floors etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1;6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7mm thick incuding boarder tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1;3 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steeel tubing and connections for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
