Cartage of SP-21 Pole from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking. Up to 71-100 Km.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle for store center to nearest consruction site store including loading and unloading at both ends.

Head load cartage of SP-21 poles form road to site up to 0-1Km.

Head load cartage of small material . Rates are per Km./Qtl including loading and unloading up to 0-1Km.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for errection of pole in all type of soil inlcuidn proper dressingof sites and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surpulse excavated soil and directed complete work.

Errection of SP-21 single support pole in proper level and alingthment along with fixing of accessories, like top channel and clamps as per RESSPO construction manuals.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (one cement:4Graded stone 20mm nominal size:8coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and store ballast. Back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alingthment, levelling as per RESSPO construction manuals.

Muffing of poles size 0.45 cmx0.60cm radius with CC 1:3:6 (one cement:3coarse sand:6Graded stone 20mm nominal size) block size 45cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2mtr. In all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surpulse excavated soil as diredted complete work.

Fixing, tightening and nozzeling of LT stay with pole and stay rod on required tenstion as per drawing and as per RESSPO manuals.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (one cement:4Graded stone 20mm nominal size:8coarse sand) block including cost of cement , sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alingthment, levelling as per RESSPO manuals.

Line, spreading, stringing and sagging of ACSR Weasel Conductor of the 3 Phase 4Wire length as phase wire, GI earth wire complete with binding and jumphering as per RESSPO specifications.

Line, spreading, stringing and sagging of ACSR Weasel Conductor of the 2 Phase 3Wire length as phase wire, GI earth wire complete with binding and jumphering as per RESSPO specifications.

Line, spreading, stringing and sagging of ACSR Weasel Conductor of the 1 Phase 2Wire length as phase wire, GI earth wire complete with binding and jumphering as per RESSPO specifications.

Dismantlling of SP-21 Poles of existing LT/HT Line, including disc fitting insulators , clamps , nut and bolts and consumer connections and street light connections etc. including rolling of conductor and cartage back from site to JE store.
