Note:- (i) Design of Communication System shall be done by the bidder, Cloud based server / data storage / communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed. (ii) A detailed presentation shall be given by bidder after completing design to the GE/CWE about the SCADA system as designed by him/her. (iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The responsibilty of the agency is restricted to intimate mechanical and electrical failures such as failure of pumps, leakage etc. Such repairs shall be carried by MES. (vii) Operation and maintanance charges to be paid separately. (viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.

Supplying lowering, jointing, connecting and fixing following sizes of RCC casing pipes into bore hole including providing suitable size of bore plug, RCC pipe clamp, Nut bolts, bottom lowering plate, column pipe clamp, borewell cover made up of MS sheet 3 mm thick, split type and both side locking arrangement and making 3"/4" hole for insertion of column pipe in centre of the bore well including welding works and cover shall be suitable for 300 mm dia RCC bore well etc complete all as specified and directed :- Note : The assembly of casing pipes shall be lowered as per electrogging test report and recommended assembly details.

Development and testing for yield including all necessary arrangements for testing and developing, including lowering and removing of 100 mm dia drop line and 32 mm dia air line for development of each water bearing zone come across upto the full depth of deep bore well of size 300 mm dia for complete period of development of bore, air compressor 600 CFM & 600 PSI/ higher capacity as per site requirement running for 12 Hrs or till sand free discharge obtained which ever is later etc all as specified and directed.
Supply & packing of pea size gravel 2 mm to 5 mm size of approaved quality as ordered to packed around the casing pipe/slotted pipe in the bore well to entire depth complete all as specified & directed (50.87 Cum x 03 Nos Borewells)
M&L Electro logging test of the pilot bore hole by using logger equipment including all necessary arrangements for chemical analysis, bactriological test of sample of yield obtained from pilot bore to astertain potability of water all as specified and directed Note : The contractor shall submit electrologging result with recommended bore assembly details in duplicate for approval of GE.
Supply install, testing and commissioning multi stage S.S submersible pump, with S.S Bowl and connected with 100 mm dia column pipe/ HDPE pipe by means of S.S flange and Connecting SS Nipple and 16 Sqmm copper conductor submersible cable having dilfuser casing construction and impellers dynamically balanced rotor and pump shaft with bronze impeller with outlet size 100 mm and motor of suitable capacity for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, complete set having peak point at 176 to 200 Mtr, discharge range 400 to 600 LPM including disc suction strainer cable guard etc. including lowering into borewell etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Head and discharge mentioned are tantetive. Both of them may vary as per site requrement. 2. Drawing & perfromane curve of Pump set shall be subbmited at the time of approval of make.

M&L for strata sample (at every 3 meters depth) one set in suitable box pattern for 80 sample, earth sample strata should be produced as per IS and submitted to the department. The box shall be 2nd class hard wood with suitable locking arrangement etc , painting over two coat of primer , hanging on wall , samples collected at every 3 mtr depth to be kept in PVC clear container with permanet marking each sample , front of the box be transparent glass , complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for borewell chart on acrylic sheet of size 60 cm x 15 cm duly marked permanent marking including 12mm thick plywood frame, clamps for fixing on wall etc all as specified and directed.
