Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover for drain set in cement mortar (1:4)

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 as in surface channel & drain as specified.

M&L for cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in copings (drain) including necessary form work complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removingthe excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and deposited were directed.

M&L for surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n.exc 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding including nesseccery form work complete all as specified.

Forming dummy joints 35 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B'

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles.

M&L 60mm thick (M-35 mix) glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver block red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30mm compacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
