Part (A) Chaufala Chauraha to Unchapul Chauraha

Dismantling of Bituminous / Concrete road during pipe laying including all labour, material, T & P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.50 m. and lead upto 30.00 m. including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60.00 m. from trenches including supply of labour T&P etc. all complete. It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari&boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock. Soil mixed with Shingle, Boulders etc.

Cartage of following pipes, specials & fittings from site store to the site of works, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment & gradient, laying & joining of pipe line including cutting & threading of pipe for making up lengths as required for proper completion of work. (G.I. Medium) Confirming to IS: 1239 (Part - I) / 2004 1) 100 mm dia

2) 80 mm dia

3) 50 mm dia

Cartage of following pipes, specials &fittings to the site of works, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment & gradient, laying & joining of pipe line including cutting & welding of pipe for making up lengths as required for proper completion of work. MSERW Line Pipe (4.80 mm Thick). Confirming to BIS: IS / ISO 3183 / 2007 1) 300 mm dia

2) 150 mm dia

Cartage of C.I./C.S. Sluice or Reflex Valves of 50 to 125 mm dia sizes to the site of work, lowering in already prepared trenches and fixing them in position, but excluding cost of earth work and all material. (Labour cost only) For 50 and 125mm size

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of , including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main. 1) 50 mm to 80 mm nominal dia

2) 100 mm to 150 mm nominal dia

Inter connection for new line to existing line including all supply labour material T&P etc complete. 200 mm to 350 mm nominal dia

Construction of Dismantled C.C Road with 1:2:4 P.C.C. including Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete.

Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc and construct Sluice Valve Chamber as per type design. (1.20 m x1.20 m x 1.00 m)

Part (B) Unchapul Chauraha to Trimurti
