Providing house keeping services by deploying 13 Nos Data Entry Operators to work in HQ CWE No.2, ACE (L),GE (P) (N) offices at Visakhaptnam for handling organization and clerical support tasks, organizaing files, carrying out day to day official work like preparaton / compiling/generation of reports and returns, compilation of variuos data, updating papaer work and other documents, performing other general office clerk duties, managing filing system, recording information as needed, maintaining documents and word processing, helping organizae and maintain office common areas, creatring, maintaing and entring information into databases etc and performing any other duty assigned by the section head complete all as specified and directed.

Providing house keeping services by deploying 12 Nos Poen/Duftry (Multi Tasking Services) to work in HQ CWE No.2, ACE(L),GE (P) (N) offices at Visakhaptnam for photo copying of various office documents and multiple copies of letters, handling of files from one room to another room, dusting of tables, chairs, computers, files, almirahs and attending the order/ direction of officers & staff complete all as specified and directed.

Providing house keeping services by deploying 01 No. Poen/Duftry (Multi Tasking Services) to work in AGE Sunabeda office at Odisha for photo copying of various office documents and multiple copies of letters, handling of files from one room to another room, dusting of tables, chairs, computers, files, almirahs and attending the order/ direction of officers & staff complete all as specified and directed.

Providing house keeping services by deploying 01 No. Ferro printer/Draftmans to work in HQ CWE No.2 office at Visakhaptnam for Preparation of site lay out palns/drawings, architectural/ structural drawings in Auto CAD all as directed by section in chrage, upkeeping of record drawings, tracing of drawings, preparation of folders during inspections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing house keeping services by deploying 04 Nos of Safaiwala to work in HQ CWE No.2, GE (P) (N) offices at Visakhaptnam for internal and external conservancy services for the bldgs Viz., office complex(in and out) including verandahs, corridors, roofs, drains, cleaning of toilets,disenfection of rooms, cleaning of windows, glass frames, doors, dusting of rooms, rearranging of furniture,etc complete all as specified and directed.
