8. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 8.01 to 8.29. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES).

INTRENAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix LED Flame proof-weather proof highbay light fitting of 150 W (Minimum wattage or above) with proper clamp, Powder coated Aluminium housing fixtures, Powder coated control gear unit made of pressure die-cast aluminium, LED fixed to MCPCB on aluminium housing for proper thermal management, Constant current LED driver provided with surge protection of 4 KV, Fixture Input voltage range : 120-277 V AC, completely prewired with accessories, Eye-bolt provided for suspension mounting, fixture having IP65 protection and duly certified by CIMFR Dhanbad all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Submain wiring with 02 runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm as earth continuity, 1100 V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable signle core multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 25 mm ERW conduit grade ISI marked including accessories such as bendes, supports etc all as specified. Note : 2 runs of main cable and one run of earth cable and one run of conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for flame proof and weather proof (Protection Class IP-65) enclosure suitable for LED tube light fitting including lamp (tube), 2 x 22 watt, aluminium cast alloy LM-6, inside and outside light grey epoxy coating, prewired complete with electronic ballasts, capacitors, spring loaded rotor type lamp holder, starter, starter holder and connector block etc all accessories fixed on two numbers of wooden block on wall or on ceiling and connecting up complete with 23/0.0076 flexible three core copper cable in flexible steel conduict with flame proof cable glands all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof switch socket 25A, 500V, 3P+Earth, with operating switch cast aluminium body LM6 alongwith all as per Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix flame proof switch socket 16A, 250V, 2P+Earth, with operating switch cast aluminium body LM6 alongwith all as per Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install and commissioning hi wall 1.5 TR Split AC units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 2, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with engraved text "LT CABLE" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, Earthed grade of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, Earthed grade of size 4 core 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, Earthed grade of size 2 core 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED flood light 70W pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories IP 65 including nut/bolt clamps including connection from MCB to LED light with one run of 1.5 Sqmm three core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked wire all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ROAD/PATH

M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) approved Granular Sub Base (GSB) type I over compacted sub grade by crushed stone for newly construction of rigid pavement in layer not exc 100mm thick single, including spreading, levelling, watering and rolling with 8 to 10 ton roller to gradient and camber as per MORTH specification complete all as specified. Note :- Area of 150mm thick layer shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone, spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed. Note :- The compacted thickness 150mm shall be achieved by laying material in two equal layers and rolled each layer seperately.

M&L for 150 mm (compacted thickness) DLC (Dry Lean Concrete) using minimum 240 Kg/Cum of cement and 7 days compressive strength M-15 (design mix) using crushed stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 400 micron thick HDPE sheet with end lap and side lap 100mm minimum complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Net Plan area of sheet in contact with PQC (without allowance of lap) shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for 320 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 44 Kg/Sqcm in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre of concrete laying in bays as specified in drgs including necessary steel form work and using non circular synthetic triangula recron fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement, duly broom finished complete all as specified and as directed.. Note - Non circular recron fibre shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for forming expansion joint 25mm thick filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for thickness of concrete 320 mm.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A'.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joint 110mm deep and 8mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A'.
