RequiredThe Firm/Agency should have experience of at least 5 years in providing Security services to Government/ Public Sector undertakings. Necessary documents in support of the experience duly attested by a Gazetted officer.

RequiredThe Firm should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned in Page No. 6 of NIT during the last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders.

RequiredUnder taking for site inspection (intending bidder must upload undertaking that they have inspected and examine the site and its surrounding before submitting their bids. (at Page No. 9)

RequiredNotarized Affidavit of Non-black listing and Non-Suspension of Business by CPWD/State/Central department/PSU/Autonomous bodies. (Form A at Page No. 10)

RequiredGST registration Certificate as applicable, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload (Form-G at Page No. 11)
