Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III size [75mm( seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point eighteen) cubic metres per 10 Sqm (per ten square metres) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications Clause No. 405 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 (Zero decimal two zero) to 0.25 (Zero decimal two five) kilograms per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point Five) percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
