Out sourcing of services to the Operation for central type Air conditioning plant 3x7.5TR capacity at magazine No.1 with one AC Operator (skilled) & one Mazdoor (unskilled) for 16hours (two shift of 8 hours each) including Sunday and holiday includingincluding comprehensive maintenance (daily checking cleaning, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance) as required for central plant comprising of compressor motors, condenser, chillers, AHUs, refrigerant pipe lines and control cabling wiring complete for smooth and trouble free performance of AC plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. SHIFT MANPOWER 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs 01 AC operator (Skilled) and 01 Helper (Unskilled) 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs 01 AC operator (Skilled) and 01 Helper (Unskilled) Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by replacement of bolts, nuts, eashers, greasing, gland packing to pump, checking, filling of oil level in compressor, filling of refragent gas, leak test, 'V' belt, electrical control wiring, minor spares if any etc, but excluding major repairs to plant.

Out sourcing of services to the Operation for Fire fighting pump house near fire station in depot area including installed machineries with one Operator (Semi-skilled) & one Mazdoor (unskilled) for round the clock ie 24hours (Three shift of 8 hours each) including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. SHIFT MANPOWER 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs 01 Operator (Semi-Skilled and 01 Helper (Unskilled) 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs 01 Operator (Semi-Skilled) and 01 Helper (Unskilled) 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs 01 Operator (Semi-Skilled) and 01 Helper (Unskilled) [a] Jockey pump set of 22KW capacity of Kirlosker Model No.KPD 40/32. [b] Diesel Engine 150 BHP capacity of Ashok Leyland Serial No.11351, coupled with Pump 142 LPS discharge of Kirlosker Serial No.RK 125/27, 9137/1978 [c] ALU 680 Fire Fighting diesel driven pump installed at fire fighting pump house.

Out sourcing of services to the Operation and maintaining of watch tower Pump House installed at inside depot area including machineries like pump set 25HP - 02 Nos (01 No pumpset working and 01 No Standby) and opering Standby by DG set 50KVA with one operator (Semi-skilled) for 16hours (two shift of 8 hours each) including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1 for Item No. 1 to 4 : (i) Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by regular oiling, greasing, joints of pipes etc,. Take care of house keeping environmental cleanliness. Area upto 20m all round around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. Cost of all consumable stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste, minor spares and other required stores for daily operation and maint.

NOTE 2: for Srl.No. 1 to 4 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body, whichever is higher, failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, OH&P , All taxes ,cess ,levies as applicable including GST in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22,26 & 28 as per latest instructions of concern department as on "End date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quoting LWC less than 1%, if applicable as per existing norms of LWC. (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen / wages as per instructions in vogue.

NOTE 2 (Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticated document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
