To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2020-21 to 2024-25). Completed successfully at least ONE Consultancy Services in Construction Supervision/Project monitoring/Quality Control of Road Projects of Formation of Industrial Layout/Residential Layout/Sub Layout including asphalt Roads, Bridges, RCC Side Drains, RCC Cross drainage works, RCC Utility Duct & chambers & HDPE Water Supply pipeline having value i.e., Rs.2958.00 Lakhs during past five years

Past experience (previous 5 years)

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

The Consultant shall have a Full Fledged NABL Accredited Laboratory/MoRTH with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes/relevant codes

Technical Presentation

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2020-21 to 2024-25). Achieved in at least TWO Financial Years, a minimum average financial turnover of Rs.887.00 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature
