Supply of various categories of man power required for Annual Maintenance of KID Colony, KID Colony Street lights, water supply to KID Colony, Colony IB and storeyard at B.R.Project pertaining to the No.1, BRLBC, Sub division B.R.Project for the year 2026-27

Work done certificate Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least Manpower service one similar nature of work of value not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender 39.20 Lks in any one year during the previous five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 along with certificate of satisfactory service rendered should be uploaded Work done certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The cost of works executed in previous years shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10 percent per annum.

The intending bidder should furnish the Copy of Valid Registration Certificate issued from Labour Department GOK

Valid EPF registration certificate shall be furnished and EPF clearance certificate of previous year ie 2025-26 for having remitted the EPF (shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner Regional office) along with paid EPF challans for minimum 25 No of members in any one year during the previous five years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Valid ESI registration certificate shall be furnished and ESI clearance certificate of previous year ie 25-26 for having remitted the ESI shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Deputy Director, Sub Regional office ESIC along paid ESI challans for minimum No 25 of members in any one year during the previous five years.i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Liquid asset and or availability of credit facilities of not less than 23.60 lakhs credit lines letters of credits certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the banks as per prescribed format enclosed as Annexure I to the notification

The Intending bidder should furnish the copy of G.S.T Registration Certificate

Annual turnover of the intending bidder from manpower service works should be at least equivalent to the amount put to tender ie 78.40 Lks in any of two financial years during previous 5 years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audited P and L account statement certified by registered Charted Accountant duly having UDIN along with latest income tax returns filed document should be furnished The turnover of previous years shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10 Percent per annum

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit EMD through e cash only Each tenderer must pay specified full Earnest money Deposit EMD in the KPP platform only through any of the payment modes such as Credit Card Debit Card NEFT OTC

Scanned signature of the bidder/authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is equal to AXNX 2.5 minus B for the detail refer the tender document

License certificate as per govt no HD 170 sst 2009 p Bangalore dt 23.07.2009 and Karnataka Private Security Agency Regulations Rules 2008 from concerned department DIG of Police Internal security division, Bangalore.
