Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.5m. Lead upto 30m. Including refilling,watering,ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m. Fromtrenches including supply of labour,T&P.etc complete.Assuming that 50% pipe line is laid in trenches ,it is estimated that 75% exavation will be in soil mixed with shingle,bajri&boulders and rest 25%will be in soft rock. Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. Medium screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete. G.I. Dismantalling of following size of G.I Pipe . Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities (KL) with M.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank, M.S.M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of chlorinator, cowl,outlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 . Supply and installation of bucket type chlorinator of 25 liters capacity including bleeching powder solution doser, chloroscope kit with stop cock & iron cage fabricated with 25 mm x 25 mm square mesh with locking arrangements below dozer to protect flexible pipe connection with CWR complete with all arrangements in position.

Supply and fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials,labours ,T.&P. etc. Complete Gate valves (Class-I)as per I S 788/1997 32 mm dia
