Dismantling, loading , transportaton, unloading of existing 15 KVA DG set with canopy from various Telephone Exchange / BTS under Navsari / Valsad to above BTS site under SSA Valsad which includes dismantling with all accessories, loading from existing place, transportation to new place and unloading of same set on existing foundation etc as required.

Installing testing and commissionning of above 15 KVA DG including carrying out test on actual load etc. Including providing of required consumbles, load sharing of all three phases, etc.complete as required.

Repairng of existing canopy with providing GI sheet of 24 SWG (2.5 Sq mtr app) at top side of canopy to prevent water leakage and Providing suitable locking arrangement to canopy door, including repairing door and providing new hing if required.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Core sand : 4 Graded stone ) including shuttering for 15 KVA DG Foundation of suitbale size (app 1.5 m x 2.0 m x 0 .3 m) all complete with providing 25 x 25 x 5 mm angle iron frame to protect edges of foundation around the foundation etc as direction of engg incharge. All work up to plinth lavel.

SITC of onload changeover switch of rating 32 A 415 V, 3 Phase, Front operated sheet steel enclosure complete with fixing inside DG canopy including minor electrical works etc as required.

SITC of 32 Amp 4 Pole MCCB with 4 Way SPN DB inside DG Canoy complete with testing etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Llaying of 4 core x 16 Sq mm Aluminium armored XLPE conductor cable complete with end termination complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of 12 V Engine starting battery of 120 AH complete with providing guarantee card etc as required.

Providing and fixing automatic battery charger of 12 V in existing panel / canopy to protect over charging of battery complete with testing etc as required.

Transportation of recovred 4 x 16 Sq mm Al cable - from surat to different sites under as per following list
