Labour only for checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fitting/street light (HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in position by taking down the fitting, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fitting and making the light fitting serviceable, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES : Contractor's quoted rates are deemed to be included the following : - (a) Removal of unserviceable / broken parts of fitting, fixing of new parts in replacement to make the fitting serviceable. New parts shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only" against respective item of Sch ‘A’. (b) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking, making the light fitting in serviceable conditions including necessary screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring, gasket etc fixing in position and testing, of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position. (c) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition.

Supply only the following part of street light/security light fitting of any description and any position. Comprehensive maintenance of 200 KVA DG sets for routine/preventive maintenance, checking up of Engine and Alternator for smooth functioning and attending breakdowns/ complaints as and when required for smooth functioning of DG Set. The type of work/maintenance services to be carried out during comprehensive maintenance are as under:- (a) Cleaning of air filter (b) Checking and adjusting of valve tappet clearance (c) Checking of Engine lubrication system, fuel system, air system, cooling system, mechanical adjustments/rectification and electrical system.
