Revision of minimum wages Long Text: Provision for revision of min. wages on item no 10 & 20. (This item not to be quoted by the bidders )

Facility management charges Long Text: Facility Management charges including service charges, Profit etc. on item no 10,20 & 40 above. The charges include providing/ supplying, running , maintenance of 6 nos. of petrol grass cutting machines with supply of accessories, fuel ,mobil/ engine oildaily during the total working hours throughout the contract period. Refer SCC (Part-B) for the details of the work and penalties. [% to be quoted by the bidder above on item no 10 &20& 40. The rate should not be negative]

Earth Long Text: Supplying, stacking, filling and levelling of good earth at site as directed including royalty and carriage (earth measured instacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Grass Long Text: Supplying of Carpet Grass (AxonopusAffinis} as specified anddirected.

Hedge with duranta Long Text: Supplying of suitable plant materials for preparation ofprotective/ external hedge as specified and directed.

Hedge with brindaban Long Text: Supplying of suitable plant materials for preparation of Protective/external hedge as specified and directed.

Supply of 30 cm dia pot withbaseplate Long Text: Supply of 30 cm dia pots with base plate

Shade tree Long Text: Supplying of Shade trees (plant sapling height 1'-0") as specified anddirected.(Bakul/Bottle Brush/Debadaru/Nahor/Gulmohor/Bottlepalm or similar)

Flowering tree Long Text: Tree: Supplying of ornamental trees (plant sapling height 1'-0") as specified and directed.(Korobi/Kanchan/bougainvillea or similar)

Seasonal Flower Long Text: Supplying of seasonal flower plants as specified and directed. (Inca/Zinnia/Dahlia/Chrysanthemum/Gladiolus/Danthius/calendula or similar)

Supply of Rose plant Long Text: Supply of rose plant

Edge with brick work Long Text: Edging with bricks laid dry length wise including excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading neatly surplus earth within a lead of 50 m 75 class designation

Dump manure Long Text: Supply & stacking of dump manure with urea, DAP at site includingroyalty & carriage with all required leads & lifts etc. complete, as per site requirement & as directed by the EIC. (Manure measured in stakes will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply of bamboo Long Text: Supply of whole length bamboo at site including carriage.

Providing on per day basis alongwith all Long Text: Providing tractor on per day basis along with all the required accessories and also including necessary operators and fuel etc. for disposal of township grass/vegetation/rubbishes etc from time to time, ploughing with disc plough as and when required etc. (Time of deployment shall be reckoned from time of reporting of machinery to site to time of releasing from site and days shall be considered as 8 hours working). (This item to be operated only under instruction of EIC).

Items purchased through vouchers Long Text: Items purchased through vouchers added by 10% on account of contractor's profit and overhead for the items other than the tender items required under this contract. Note: This is Lump sum amount kept for voucher purchased during contract period. (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )

Provision for bonus, annual leave, PPE Long Text: Provision for Bonus, annual leave with wages, Uniform (2sets), shoes and basic PPE, non statutory payments, ESIC, medical examination etc) Payment shall be made as per actual on submission of adequate documents/submission of proof of purchase and distribution as per terms & conditions of contract. (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )
