Overhauling of Sea Water Hydrophore System on MFV Matsya Drushti

Amount

To undertake complete overhauling of Sea Water Hydrophore System as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

Sea water hydrophore tank top cover to be removed, cleaned inside the tank, buffed, painted, pressure tested and shown to ship staff and surveyor pipe line degutting and regutting, blanking for pressure testing also including. Sea water hydrophore system above defects to be rectified along with material and system trials to be shown to ship staff and surveyor (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.5 of BoQ).

Electrical pressure cut out unit to be checked if any defect found cut out to be renewed and made operational, new pressure cut out procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.5 of BoQ).

Sea water hydrophore pump and motor (5HP): Pump and motor to be removed, dismantled, inspect all parts, renewed the bearings, mechanical seal/gland packing, wear rings, seals, impeller, keys, lock nut, couplings, spider, coupling bolts foundation SS bolts, purging cocks, pressure gauge lines and cocks (1/2") SS bolt nuts with washers, gaskets and boxuped and alignment to be done, painted, fitted back with end pipe line connections and operation to be shown to ship staff and surveyors, material procurement and fitment machinery works brazing works all consumables in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.5 of BoQ).

Sea water hydrophore system pipe lines (65mm dia and 40mm dia) material Cu-Ni 20mtrs system pipe lines to be removed and renewed as per existing new pipes. Fitment along with and flanges, bends, new gaskets, new SS bolts, nuts and washers, system to be pressure tested and shown to ship staff and surveyor. material procurement, machining works, brazing works, all consumable are in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.5 of BoQ).

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1 to 1.4) and Annexure-A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.5) against third party/OEM invoice.
