Material and labour for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep and area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for not exceeding 75 mm thick premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using Hot mix plant & Mechanical paver with @ 4% paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Soft stones such as lime stones, sandstones, slatestone etc will not be allowed to be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for preparing the black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and appying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 05 Kg/ 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unbounded macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and appying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen complete

Material and labour for laying and consolidating bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc, with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and all as directed complete.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of delineator dual directions retro reflective round delineator made of 16 gauge MS Pipe 75 mm dia and 0.9 Metre height duly powder coat painted with three reflective band of coloured (red, white and yellow colour 150 mm wide & 50 micron thick) and protected with welded wire mesh cage including necessary excavation of size (300 x 300 x 450) and filled with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of road studs two way reflective type of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 25 mm made of ABS materials of approved colours fixed on bituminous/ concrete surfaces (of approved make by GE) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M/ Mr. Illumination/ Dark Eye/ aktion.

Material and Labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils etc spreading 75 mm thick Moorum/ red bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafine solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactuers instructions including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old sign board of any description & any places under AGE B/R-I. Supply and fixing of 3 mm thick crystal Acrylic board, pre-painted by Sun U.V Print of any colour including xperia print, including alphabetical wording any size & shape with MES logo of any size sanction & as approved by GE. Completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of double legged informatory sign board as double side fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on square pipe the boards are of high intensive grade retro reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/ Blue or any approved colour as per IRC standards complete all as specified and as directed with following provisions:- 1. The Board are made of Alco Bond Sheet as required size. Retro reflective sheeting is fixed on this Alco Bond Sheets with Suitable Adhesive. The letter writing (as directed) is done with computerised cut machine and fixed on this retro reflective sheeting. This boad is mounted on the MS Frame and fixed on the frame with POP revets. 2. For Double sided board two such boards made of Alco Bond sheets fixed on the Single frame with back to back. This are mounted with POP revets. Make : SINOR or equivalent Notes: (i) Fixing of board including all fixing arrangement deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Letter writing (Size, Nos of letters, colours etc will be decided and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Rate shall include one measurement for double side back to back.
