Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing coarse graded material(naturally occuring gravel), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.(GSB) for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including over Head & Contractor profit.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work as directed by the department Engineer-in-charge including over head & contractor's profit.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulsion (medium setting )on prepered surface of granulr base including Clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Tech. specification No.502MORTH. finished item of work as directed by the Engeer-in-charge including Over Head and Contractor Profit.

Providing Modified penetration Macadam(MPM) roads using 40mm HBG metal of 0.90cum/10 Sq.mtr. and with required quantity of 9.5mm to 11.20mm machine crushed chips 0.18 Cum/10 Sq.mtr as the key chips and 60/70 grade Bitumen 20kg/10Sq.mtr including removal of the loose material in the pot holes, trimming the edges to provide firm verticl faces, cleaning, applying tack coat filling the pot holes duly ramping to fill voids and compacting with three wheel static roller of 8 to 10 T including hire charges of Hydraulic self propelled chip spreader both for aggregates and key agreegates and also Bitumen pressure distributor and power roller etc. complete for compacted thickness of 75mm, including overhead charges & Contractors profit.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Medium settting) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and finished item of work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including over Head & Contractor profit.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade for finished item of work, and finished item of work, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including over Head & Contractor profit.

Construction of subgrade and Gravel/Earthen (using naturally occuring Gravel) Shoulders with approved/selected material obtained from borrowpits with a;ll lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slopes and compacted to meet reqiurement of Table 300-2(Shoulders with Gravel), for finished item of work, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including over Head & Contractor profit.

Mechanical tapping saddles for water works purposes and designed for use with PVC/PE pipe as per IS 4985/IS 4984 respectively. These saddles should be contoured to fit around the pipe. PP saddles shall be Blue/Black moulded-in with Nickel plated Brass / SS 304 metal female threaded outlets. Seal shall be thermoplastic elastomer rubber suitable for drinking water and nut-bolt-washer with SS. The PP Clamp saddle fittings shall be mouldedwith SS 304/Nickel plated Brass female threaded outlet inserted to connect necessary fittings. Thread dimension shall conform to IS-554/ISO-7. Adequate thickness of PP shall be provided to hold brass insert in place and avoid leakage while pressure applications. Fasteners shall be threaded type, with SS. Fasteners of size 125mm and above. The grade of raw material used must be certified by WRAS, UK for type test as per BS 6920 from their certified laboratories like NSF International Ltd.
